After you send it

  1. Read the answer as a draft. It's a starting point, not a finished result.
  2. Ask for changes in plain words. "Shorter." "Less formal." "Use only the facts I gave you."
  3. Check the facts before you use it. Names, amounts, dates, and anything it added that you didn't give it.
