1. Any object with delete access that isn't clearly needed for
these use cases
2. Any field-level security gap where a sensitive field is visible
to more users than it should be
3. Whether the pilot starts on a read-only MCP server, or write
access from day one, and whether that's actually necessary yet
4. Who gets notified if an agent-triggered action does something
wrong, and how the connection gets revoked immediately if needed
5. Whether this is scoped to a sandbox first, with a specific
