Salesforce requirements to buildable stories

Here is a requirements document:
[REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT]

List every distinct requirement as a separate, numbered, testable
statement. Flag anything vague enough that you can't state it as a
testable statement.

For each requirement, write a Salesforce user story:
- Standard "As a [role], I want [capability], so that [reason]" format
- Acceptance criteria specific to the relevant object and fields,
  each one a pass/fail statement
- Any assumption you had to make, stated explicitly, not silently
- Any question that needs a human answer before this can be built
